After a great recording session with the City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra in July, only some mixing is left now before the Danish theatrical premiere in 3D on September 29th 2011. With a score recorded by the National Danish Symphony Orchestra, “The Great Bear” opened in Danish cinemas February 2011. The 3D-animated feature film is director Esben Toft Jacobsen’s debut. The Great Bear was in competition in the Generation programme at the Berlin Film Festival. The film has a 40 minute orchestral score recorded in the new DR Koncerthuset in Copenhagen.
